Alana will admit, she is a self-proclaimed human experience fanatic and coach – this is her greatest passion! She values human connection first, knowing who humans are before what they do. Alana is also a wife, a super proud parent of 2 boys, an avid baker, reader and connector. She firmly believes in putting her own oxygen mask on first. Having the energy and space for present engagement with her family and my work is integral to how she operates. With over 15 years of experience in human resources spanning talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, employer branding and generalist roles, Alana has led award-winning transformations and teams.
